With much pride we can present you the interview we have conducted with Susan Rogers. She is a well known name in the Prince community, because she was responsible for his engineer work between 1983 & 1988 and during the eighties she was around to help Prince with recording his classics.
Clare Fischer Interview
I first saw his name appear in the credits for the “Parade” album, and since then, he’s collaborated with Prince throughout his career, contributing string arrangements and orchesta work to tracks like “Pink Cashmere”, “The One”, “Goodbye”, “Strays of the World” and most recently, "Te Amo Corazon” from 3121.
Gary Brandt Interview
Gary Brandt: I recorded the entire Prince album. Mixed elsewhere. (I had another album to do and Prince never committed to more than a month with me). Everything we cut was used on his album. He did his demos at his home in Minneapolis and I never heard them.
